(May 12, 2021)—Urbane Capital Management, a real estate investment and development firm that focuses on prime infill development projects, today announced the acquisition of a prime land assemblage at 800 NE 2nd St. steps from Las Olas Boulevard in the Victoria Park neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale. The developer acquired the 22,275-square-foot site from 4R USA Investments for $2.35 million in a cash transaction. Closing took place on May 12th.
Urbane Capital Management plans to file for approvals with the City of Fort Lauderdale to develop a collection of 10 three-story townhome residences, each with a private pool, elevator, two-car garage, and an expansive rooftop terrace. “From the moment we identified this site, we were excited about the walkability to Las Olas Boulevard and the access to beaches and downtown Fort Lauderdale,” stated Amin Jamal, Managing Principal of Urbane Capital.
